· You can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, you must tell us and collect the refund in store no later than 14 days of receipt generated from the first deposit to get your dress changed or to get a refund.
· If the product received by you is damaged or faulty, you should contact us immediately on 01- 4295784 / 01- 4295788.
· You must contact us to say that the goods are being returned within 3 days of receiving the product. You must bring it to the store or return it to us via a trackable delivery within 14 days of receiving the dress. The package will be at your own risk until the delivered status is evidenced by tracking.
· Item must be unworn and unwashed and have all tags attached.
· If the condition of the returned product is unsatisfactory, we will contact you in relation to the dress for any necessary full or partial deduction of refund.
· Cancellation/Returns may not be accepted if the item has been ordered specifically for you.
· We operate like any other business where the cancellation can not be done based on event cancellation as they are out our of control.
· We will process your return within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once approved, please allow 5 – 10 working days for the refund to show on your bank statement.
· A refund would be made by the original method of payment.
