Returns policy

       You can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, you must tell us no later than 14 days of receipt from first deposit to get your dress changed or to get refund.

       Items must be unworn and unwashed and have all tags attached.

       Once you receive your dress, the products are owned by you as you have complete responsibly of any damage on your own.  

       Ownership of the products will only pass you when the full payment of the dress is done to us.

       If the condition of the returned product is unsatisfactory, we will contact you in relation to any problem and any necessary full or partial deduction of refund.  

       Please allow 5 – 10 working days for the refund to show on your bank statement once the refund has been issued.  

       Cancellation/Returns may not be accepted if the item has been ordered specifically

for you.  

       If the product received by you is damaged or faulty, you should let us know immediately and we will ensure that you receive all your rights under the law.


       If you change your mind about your purchase after delivery of the products, you have 14 days from the day you order the goods to cancel the contract. The product can be only returned if it is faulty. 


       The consumer must then return the goods no later than 14 days from the date of purchase. 


       You must both e-mail us to say that the goods are being returned and dispatch them by a suitable secure method of postal delivery which can be tracked or you can drop it to the store. The products will remain at your risk from the time you send them until they have been actually received by us as evidenced by the tracking. 


       A refund would be made by the original method of payment.


       We will process your return within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
